Transport fluids between fixtures and vessels throughout an instrument with ultimate precision.
Our fittings, ferrules, and adapters and connectors are uniquely designed to safely and precisely transport fluids without guesswork.
Our fittings are configured with various thread types, chemical compatibilities, tubing sizes and materials, space constraints, and torque limitations.
Click-N-Seal offers a patented system for hand-tight fittings, in which the resistance of the cap increases until the correct torque is reached, at which point the cap clicks. The user is able to hand tighten the fittings without tools or guesswork and be confident that the fitting is properly tightened to create a secure seal.
Omni-Lok fittings offer a recessed, free-spinning design that improves extension into ports and eliminates the risk of twisted tubing to create a robust and reliable connection. The glass fiber filling and textured surface finishing enhance port connection while a range of different colors simplify line identification.
Standard fittings are available in multiple configurations with a variety of thread types, chemical compatibility, tubing size and material, and torque limitation options to easily connect a tubing line to a threaded port on a fixture within your instrument.
Ferrules provide additional strength and avoid tubing wear to improve the longevity and reliability of fluid handling systems. Our easy-to-assemble, flat-bottom ferrule designs are configured with a variety of thread, chemical compatibility, tubing size, and pressure options.
Type P ferrules are a flangeless tube connection system that incorporates a PTFE seal housed in a 316 stainless steel or PEEK casing. The Type P fitting system uses a one-piece ferrule, which fits permanently to the outside of the semirigid tubing for applications that require high purity and chemical resistance.
The Type S fitting system uses a two-piece ferrule that fits permanently to the outside of the tubing. Two-part ferrules consist of an inner PEEK or ETFE sealing surface and a stainless steel lock ring, with only the inner portion in the fluid path, for applications that require high pressure and low dead volume.
Gripper fitting systems use a one-piece ferrule that fits permanently onto the outside of semirigid tubing. Ferrules have an outer stainless steel or PEEK casing and an inner PTFE sealing face, ensuring that only PTFE is in the fluid path for high chemical resistance and repeated connections.
Inverted cones provide a reusable, nonpermanent, low-pressure connection with only the ETFE cone in the fluid path. A recess in the fitting houses the inverted cone, allowing maximum thread engagement with the port ensuring the system stays sealed even in shallow PTFE ports.
We offer a variety of adapters and connectors for a quick and secure connection, including unions, connectors, and standard and barbed adapters.
Click-N-Seal barbed adapters are self-torquing for reliable thread-to-barb connections that can’t be overtightened. These adapters are constructed using standard polycarbonate and a PEEK material for improved temperature performance, and they’re ideal for connecting peristaltic pumps to rigid tubing.
Microbarb™ adapters provide a chemically inert, low-carryover connection between flexible, soft-wall tubing and semirigid tubing with a miniature dual component design to ensure both the inside and outside of the soft tubing are firmly gripped. These reusable adapters are ideal for connections to peristaltic pump and pinch valve tubing assemblies.
Barbed adapters feature a superior barb with a crisp edge that retains soft wall tubing more securely than molded adapters. A tight, leak-free connection can be ensured by matching the inner diameter of your tubing to the barb size of the adapter.
Versatile labware connectors and adapters can be used for flow splitting, mixing, and fluid line interconnection. Compression style seals of either FKM rubber or PTFE allow rigid tubing between 0.5-11 mm to be quickly and easily connected.
Build your labware systemsStandard connectors and adapters are constructed using polycarbonate and PEEK materials for improved temperature performance, offering an easy way to quickly connect fitting lines, route tubing assemblies, or convert thread sizes — all while improving field service and maintenance times.
